Holiday Train Rolling Thru Our Area!
Provided by TravelWisconsin.com
This Friday and Saturday the 17th annual Canadian Pacific Holiday Train will be rolling through our Forward Mutual territory! In fact, it will pass right through our small town of Ixonia on it’s way to stopping in Watertown!
The Holiday Train is North America’s longest rolling food bank. It will stop in 12 Wisconsin communities and feature holiday light shows with live music by Kira Isabella and Doc Walker. Bring a non-perishable food item and enjoy the fun!

Thankful for All of You!
We at Forward Mutual are thankful for our many blessings. We’re especially thankful for you, our mutual family. You, the policyholders, agents and community make the tradition of “neighbor helping neighbor” possible, and for that we are most grateful.
May you and yours have a wonderful Thanksgiving!
Neighbor Helping Neighbor: Mallow Benefit
We at Forward Mutual Insurance Company care deeply for the people within our community and wish to promote a benefit for a man dear to our hearts.
Dave Mallow, 53, of Ixonia, is a husband, father, and soon-to-be grandfather. He was recently diagnosed with ALS (Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis), also known as Lou Gehrig’s Disease.
ALS is a progressive neurodegenerative disease that affects the ability of the brain to signal muscle movements. As transmitters from the brain to the muscles die off, patients like Dave lose the ability to talk, walk, breath and eat without assistance. This disease has no current cure and it progresses quickly, usually within 2-5 years. This has left the Mallow family scrambling to prepare their lives for the rocky road ahead.
Benefit for Family
A group of caring individuals is holding a benefit to help with the cost of medical bills and making handicap accessible changes to the family’s home. This will be a fun event for everyone and will help fight against this difficult disease. Please join us!
